December Challenge

A quick post on my progress with this Challenge.
1.Have lost 1 kg in a weeks time.Now I am officially joined 70's team ;)
I weigh 79.5 kg today morning.
2.Hardly 3 weeks to go n I have to lose 3.5 kgs still :(.
3.Btw all this,I m off to chennai for 4 days with a trouble some two toddler.
4.Sure workout will take a hit.But still want to choosy on food front.Let me see how it goes.

Hmmm.Weightloss is worst than a project implementation :D

Progress

Back from a awesome weekend.No updates on weight loss  though I m putting all my efforts on food n workout,still I am in 80.2-80.5 till today.Anyways thats not the post it about.
We from office organised a trip to a nearby hill station.Trip was too good with a 3 hours trek.Its kinda of Medium level.But coolest part I have not sit for an mintue during the entire trek,where many others were trekking in halt n walk style.
My stamina has increased a lotttt which gives me so much sense of satisification.Though I linger in 80's range,I m happy that I can trek for 10kms without stressing out myself.Definitely strength training give u so much of  fitness to your daily life.
Hey,I m still focussing on 76kg on new year eve:).Wish me luck which I am very much needed now.

Year End Challenge

I have started this blog sometime in July with a whopping weight of 84.5 kgs.Everymonth I hope to reduce few kgs n postpone the challenge next month.Something tickled self & I made some serious attempt n finally reached to 80.5 kg as a reward to that.
Now some of us took a challenge with Sugar to lose 5 kgs before the december ends.Though took it quite serious on both diet n exercise front,though i saw a 80kgs two days back,my weighing displays 80.6 kgs today morning.
Well,life is not always about calories n kgs,just had a chicken buritto out of frustration.:).
I want to see atleast 79.9 before this week ends or I say the month ends.Fingers crossed.A Challenge is a challenge.I will reach 76 on New year Eve.

Yup :)

Sigh!!! I want to post  updates of mine for last ten days.That's exactly one month after I taken WL serious.My stupid office computer showed browser incompatibility issue wen never I logs in.
Well here are the updates

# I am lighter by 3 kgs :):):).After jumped to 83.5 kg,now I weigh 80.5 .

# Just wanna join 79's club sooonnnnn.

# On Workout front, I have got a personalized workout schedule from a online trainer :).Power of technology I say.

# I workout all seven days off late :(.

I always want to blog my things often.But with a two year toddler n work,blogging becomes a super luxury.

So wat I m upto for a week? :)

# Food wise I am on control almost 70%

# Remaining 30% owe to my cravings in late evening.

# Started work out with full swing :)

# Walk,walk n walk 4km in 43 mins all record.

# Have not reduced a bit still then :(

So now all to push self for october.:D

Back!!

Once again a longggggggggg hiatus frm my own blog.Where do I stand now

#Managed to reduce 2 kgs n all back to regain it with hubbys vacation plan
#I lack somewhere someday someyear in everything #lol
#I weigh all again 83.5 kgs n people around me started saying that I m getting bigger day by day.
So whatttttttttt next?Enough studied,enough researched n blogged. I need something concrete rite now to move.To make something to work.After much determination started a plan.Have strong hope this time I wont let me fall again.Will let u know guys the plan once i see some visible difference.

Daily Stories

Wat have i done yesterday

*No walking as I was fasting

*Morning - Coffee & Few pieces of papaya & a coffee again in office :(

*Noon : A Dosa & Pomegranate Juice(Yuck I say.Tooooo much of sugar.I say to self STOP DRINKING JUICE)

*Went for a quick 20 mins walk in office with a collegue.

*Dinner: Three dosas with a yummy tomato chutney .

*I know my calorie intake is toooo less for the day.But I owe it for my fasting ;)

Started drinking hell lots of water these days.Over all,I am very good at food & stopped snacking to minimal.Fingers crossed to weigh self in month end.

Phew..Atlast I can move on from my last post.Few updates

@ Become religously careful in the food front.Though slips here n there,I manage it very well these days.

@Started a minimum 40 mins brisk walk in the morning .

@Just ordered a new digital weighing scale frm ebay to keep the track. :)

Let me weigh once I got the courier & post the difference in the month end. All z Well.

Its more than two months since i started this blog.Have not moved even a step further.
Need to blame self rather pointing fingers on anyone.But I am back with all new zest.
No smirk pls :).I mean it.I have already started a good diet n reasonable workout for last three day.

Quick Updates

# Good thing started workout after longgggggg gap.Had a super brisk walk for 30 mins.

# Worst thing went for a buffet with a good old friend.Still watched every single morsel of food & failed on the desserts part :(

# And curse me for going for a other treat on second day.Sigh!!!!

New Begining

So folks there.Yet other weight loss blog :).I always remember me as a overweight person from my school days.Never my scale show me less than 75 kgs.It gradually increased to whopping 82 kgsafter marriage.

But still manage to reduce to 72 kgs in six months to avoid complications for pregancy.Now after pregancy back to all same 82 kgs

This time I want it to reduce all once & maintian for rest of life.As both my parents are diabetic & doctors advice I m prone to attract the sweet disease on self.
Let me not something to over took my life.I am gonna start my weight loss journey today n continue forever.
