Where I am?

So wat I m upto for a week? :)

# Food wise I am on control almost 70%

# Remaining 30% owe to my cravings in late evening.

# Started work out with full swing :)

# Walk,walk n walk 4km in 43 mins all record.

# Have not reduced a bit still then :(

So now all to push self for october.:D

    1. yes sugar.Each morsels consitute the weight gain :(.Really bad at managing diets
