# Food wise I am on control almost 70%
# Remaining 30% owe to my cravings in late evening.
# Started work out with full swing :)
# Walk,walk n walk 4km in 43 mins all record.
# Have not reduced a bit still then :(

just do your bit and watch the food too.. you can never exercise away a bad diet!
