# Its been a week since I started,weight remains same :(

#Diet keep shuffling between good n bad.Sigh.Need to focus

#Though active throughout,skipped exercise for last three days.

Now targets for next week

#Shud drop atleast a kilo

#Let me make exercise a routine.Godddddddd let me have some will power on this
