Progress

Back from a awesome weekend.No updates on weight loss  though I m putting all my efforts on food n workout,still I am in 80.2-80.5 till today.Anyways thats not the post it about.
We from office organised a trip to a nearby hill station.Trip was too good with a 3 hours trek.Its kinda of Medium level.But coolest part I have not sit for an mintue during the entire trek,where many others were trekking in halt n walk style.
My stamina has increased a lotttt which gives me so much sense of satisification.Though I linger in 80's range,I m happy that I can trek for 10kms without stressing out myself.Definitely strength training give u so much of  fitness to your daily life.
Hey,I m still focussing on 76kg on new year eve:).Wish me luck which I am very much needed now.
