Quick Updates

# Good thing started workout after longgggggg gap.Had a super brisk walk for 30 mins.

# Worst thing went for a buffet with a good old friend.Still watched every single morsel of food & failed on the desserts part :(

# And curse me for going for a other treat on second day.Sigh!!!!

# Will continue the walking n watch food atleast on  week end.See u on monday guys!!
