Where I am?

So wat I m upto for a week? :)

# Food wise I am on control almost 70%

# Remaining 30% owe to my cravings in late evening.

# Started work out with full swing :)

# Walk,walk n walk 4km in 43 mins all record.

# Have not reduced a bit still then :(

So now all to push self for october.:D

Back!!

Once again a longggggggggg hiatus frm my own blog.Where do I stand now

#Managed to reduce 2 kgs n all back to regain it with hubbys vacation plan
#I lack somewhere someday someyear in everything #lol
#I weigh all again 83.5 kgs n people around me started saying that I m getting bigger day by day.
So whatttttttttt next?Enough studied,enough researched n blogged. I need something concrete rite now to move.To make something to work.After much determination started a plan.Have strong hope this time I wont let me fall again.Will let u know guys the plan once i see some visible difference.
