Daily Stories

Wat have i done yesterday

*No walking as I was fasting

*Morning - Coffee & Few pieces of papaya & a coffee again in office :(

*Noon : A Dosa & Pomegranate Juice(Yuck I say.Tooooo much of sugar.I say to self STOP DRINKING JUICE)

*Went for a quick 20 mins walk in office with a collegue.

*Dinner: Three dosas with a yummy tomato chutney .

*I know my calorie intake is toooo less for the day.But I owe it for my fasting ;)

Started drinking hell lots of water these days.Over all,I am very good at food & stopped snacking to minimal.Fingers crossed to weigh self in month end.

Updates

Phew..Atlast I can move on from my last post.Few updates

@ Become religously careful in the food front.Though slips here n there,I manage it very well these days.

@Started a minimum 40 mins brisk walk in the morning .

@Just ordered a new digital weighing scale frm ebay to keep the track. :)

Let me weigh once I got the courier & post the difference in the month end. All z Well.
