Happy New year guys :)..I know that its already Jan 8th,Still better late than never.
Hope everyone would started the New year with high spirits.I wanna come up with some goals for 2013 n make it more accountable so that i dont lose it half way.
Let me point some milestones of 2012 ,so that I dont get a feel that wasted last year too :D
1.Started the WL journey with a 84.5 kg n reached 79.5 kg on dec 31st.Only 5 Kg,still i was ok since i have joined 70's club.
2.Have really got the control over food which is major milestone becos I am frm the workplace where we have atleast 2 treats every week.;)
Here comes my goals for 2013:
1.Reach atleast 68kg .(1 kg a month.Things cant be easy than this )
2.Improve the stamina n endurance.
3.Wanna learn jumba or swimming or both(Walking is boring sometimes i say)
4.Limit the cheat meal once a week.
Ok.I m done with my weight loss resolutions.I have never touched anything other than weightloss topics in my blog.But I would require some help/suggestions now.
I got my work visa stamped for US.Would be travelling with my 2.5 yr old toddler n joining DH.Daughter wud be joining daycare/school within 15 days on US landing.I am getting freaking nervous on this.Though she started her schooling here,thats only for 3 hrs.But my little one wud require to stay atleast 8 hrs in day care now.Will she able to adapt to environment,culture n school to manage it.Any suggestions will be really helpful.
